I was with my friends when we checked in, and I have to say — Linesia was incredible. We had just come from a different hotel where our two-week reservation somehow wasn’t ready, so we were already stressed walking in. From the second we spoke to Linesia, everything changed. She was so warm, welcoming, and understanding. She didn’t treat us like “just another check-in” she genuinely cared about helping us figure everything out. She moved quickly, stayed positive, and made sure we had a room without making us feel like we were a burden. Her attitude and professionalism completely turned the situation around. People like her are the reason you come back to a place. The hotel is lucky to have someone who represents them so well. If you want one with a little more personality and less formal, I can make it sound more like a girlfriend hype review too

Linesia was absolutely AMAZING from the moment we walked in. After dealing with a stressful situation at another hotel (where we had a room booked for two weeks and it still wasn’t ready), we were honestly exhausted and frustrated. Then we met Linesia — and she completely turned our day around. She was beyond friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely caring. She listened to what happened, jumped right in to help, and made sure we were taken care of quickly. You can tell she truly cares about guests and takes pride in what she does. Her positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference. What started as a stressful mess ended with us feeling relieved and welcomed — all because of her. We stayed in this hotel over the weekend and loved everything about it. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The most memorable part of my stay was Linesia at the front desk. She has the brightest smile and was really helpful. There is a restaurant in the hotel and the food did not disappoint our server, Shavon She was warm, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us even asking. Just wanted an overnight stay for our first wedding anniversary and decided to check the Hilton. We were NOT disappointed! The front desk person, Linesia, was so welcoming. She made sure all our questions were addressed without feeling annoyed. The hotel was clean throughout and updated! I forgot to mention secure. One can’t use the elevator without a room key. Love it! The drinks from the bar were delicious! We will definitely be back!!!!!

I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn on 1/24 as a night-shift CVICU nurse needing a quiet, comfortable place for the weekend after my hospital only offered beds in an older, run-down unit. Choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions I could’ve made. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and truly felt appreciated. The staff was incredibly patient and accommodating especially with the number of St. Jude nurses staying at the hotel—which speaks volumes about their professionalism and care. I want to give a special shout-out to Jeremy for his outstanding greeting and for making me feel genuinely welcome right away. Tiffany was also wonderful. so kind, attentive, and made me feel completely at home. Breakfast deserves its own praise: it was amazing and far beyond the typical complimentary continental breakfast. The ladies in the kitchen were absolutely phenomenal, and their service set the tone for a great day. The service here is truly unmatched. As a Silver Hilton member, I’m especially grateful for the level of care and hospitality I received. I’m so thankful I chose this hotel. It provided comfort, rest, and appreciation when I needed it most. I will absolutely be returning.
